Обязанности: Application Platform Lead

App Plat lead is accountable for SQL Server and BizTalk Server revenue and business performance. The lead understands, coordinates and makes trade-offs across all elements comprising Microsoft App Platform. The lead influences segments and to smaller degree IW BG and BMO to drive App Plat goals on revenue and scorecard. The Lead is responsible for marketing campaigns and activities, APO customer campaign, and product launches.
This position requires excellent cross-team collaboration skills and strong problem solving capabilities. A high tolerance of ambiguity and a positive, can-do attitude are required as is the ability to quickly learn new concepts and deliver results.

Key job functions:

* Vision Creation, Competition and Evangelism: Business, Technology, Audience and Initiative
* Formulate App Plat value proposition, campaigns strategy, offers and execution plan for Growing Application Platform Share
* Drive the business, technology, audience, and initiative vision for App Plat internally and externally
* Ensure internal sales and marketing readiness
* Own partner/field readiness and product evangelism for App Plat
* Engage with press and analysts around products, technologies, audiences and initiatives

Contribute to Microsofts objective of growing market share ahead of the competition for App Plat

* Develop local Oracle competition intelligence framework and knowledge base
* Define a plan to win market share against Oracle
* Create and lead cross-company v-team for growing SQL share, including EPG, PS, CS, SMSP, DPE, PR, etc.
* Orchestrate with Commercial Software Marketing Groups/ Commercial Software Initiative leads and segments to integrate & realize Oracle compete strategy as part of local marketing campaigns & programs

Marketing Leadership and Subsidiary Orchestration

* Formulate App Plat FY10 strategy implementation
* Define local App Plat product marketing and execution strategy and agree on execution plans with segments, DPE and PR teams
* Execute planned App Plat marketing campaigns within budget
* Review all local Campaigns that incorporate App Plat product messaging
* Prepare App Plat content and value propositions for relevant audiences
* Drive customer evidence
* Own EAP program in subsidiary
* Monitor marketing execution and marketing funds and owns measurement of campaign results and strategy/execution adjustment
* Successfully launch new products
* Contribute to App Plat solution sales in EPG, CS and PS through facilitating SI engagement via value proposition, recruitment and ensuring marketing support for partners
* Orchestrate engagement with ISVs on SQL and SQL EE
* Closely engage and work with Industry Market Development managers (iMDMs) to define prominent industry SQL-based solutions and align industry solution marketing with App Plat business priorities

Fiscal responsibility, Rhythm of Business (RoB), and Growth & Productivity Framework

* Own analysis and reporting of App Plat performance to local, geography and corporate leadership
* Drive App Plat market, customer, industry, ecosystem, competition, and macro-economical analysis and understanding
* Maintain visibility into the pipeline of key opportunities for App Plat products, and provides support (as necessary) to close business
* Owns the App Plat target setting and 1-3-year share and revenue growth strategy
* Create and advocate App Plat 3-year growth strategy using the Growth & Productivity framework
