Требования к соискателям: Qualifications:

* The candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 5 years working experience in inside-, solution- or services sales with appropriate skills in influencing others, communication and negotiations combined with an Associates Degree (or BA/BS degree preferred). Background in product support, maintenance and/or consulting services is also helpful.
* Competency in Building Customer Partner Relationships, Confidence, Cross-Boundary Collaboration, Drive for Results, Impact and Influence, Interpersonal Awareness, Product & Technology Expertise, Strategic Sales Planning, Team Leadership, Value Selling
* Training and certification in Solution sales, sales methodologies (equivalent to MSSP), effective marketing tactics, negotiation, financial analysis, CRM (Siebel or other), industry-specific certifications e.g. ITIL Foundation (as and if applicable)
Обязанности: The Services Sales Representative is the inside Services account relationship owner for 70-150 Microsoft customers in the Depth segment (they may own accounts in CAS as well)

The Services Sales Representative is:

* The Services contact both internally (i.e. with SMS&P or EPG) and externally with customers.
* Responsible for performing an office bound sales function (primarily tele-sales).
* Accountable for positioning and selling primarily Product Group (PG) 3 with the possibility to sell PG 1 (small pre-packaged consulting offerings) into assigned account base (net new and renewals).
* Responsible for attaining the agreed billed revenue quota in assigned Account Group/s.
* Responsible for contributing to high overall customer satisfaction.
